Refund & Returns Policy
At Cybeart, we endeavor to design our products to suit the varied needs of our customers. Our products are quality and safety tested to established global industry standards and also undergo custom rigorous testing. We want our customers to remember the quality of our products long after the price is forgotten, and it’s that mind-set that permeates the manufacturing of our products.
If you’re not satisfied with one of our products or have some concerns or questions regarding a product, you can always reach out to us by emailing cs@cybeartmea.com and we will do our best to help you out with any concerns or questions. We believe our customers are at the heart of our organization; so, if you wish to return a product, we will be pleased to provide you with a full or partial refund based on the product condition when returned to us, and subject to the other terms and conditions set out herein.
Before returning any product or proceeding to initiate a product return, please review the following return/refund terms and conditions for each product below, which set out the particular and different refund and return details for specific products.

Gaming Chair
You can cancel any order without any fees or charges at any time before your order has shipped. If your order has been shipped, but you would still like to return your product for refund or exchange, please follow the steps and regulations below.
Eligibility of the return of gaming chairs is based on the following criteria:
- Product must be in the same “as new” condition as it was received.
- Original packaging must be preserved and not damaged.
- Product does not have any missing or damaged parts. We ensure that you receive the product in new condition, accordingly, any damage thereafter is your responsibility.
- Product is completely dis-assembled before it is shipped to you and must be returned in the same disassembled condition. We do not accept returns of partially assembled products. Based on scope of assembly, we will either deduct disassembly fees or send back the chair with shipping fees charged on you.
Return Validity |
Up to 30 days from the date you received your chair. The delivery date will be based on our tracking records. |
Return Packaging |
Product/s must be delivered in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Products not returned in original packaging or having missing parts will have a fee deducted based on the scope of missing packaging or parts. |
Shipping Fees |
You are responsible for all return shipping fees and costs. You may email us to obtain a discounted shipping return label, but are under no obligation to do so. This return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. |
Damage Fees |
Based on the extent of the damage to any returned product, we will deduct a damages return fee from the refund amount. |
Refund |
Refund will be initiated within 7 business days of our receiving the product and after its inspection. |
Mouse Pads
Eligibility of the return of mouse pads is based on the following criteria:
- Product must be in the same “as new” condition as it was received.
- Original packaging must be preserved and not damaged.
- Product does not have any missing or damaged parts. We ensure that you receive the product in new condition, accordingly, any damage thereafter is your responsibility.
- There is no wear and tear on the mousepad cloth or any damage to the edge stitching. For Aurora Series, the product should be in working condition with no damage to any part of the LED system, its controller or the USB Cable provided. We accept no responsibility for liquid/chemical damage to products and products with evidence of such damage shall not be entitled to crefund or exchange.

Phone Cases
All the cases are created personally for you after receiving your order. Hence, the Phone cases are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Eligibility of the return of phone cases is based on the following criteria:
- Product must be in the same “as new” condition as it was received.
- Original packaging must be preserved and not damaged.
- Product does not have any missing or damaged parts. We ensure that you receive the product in new condition, accordingly, any damage thereafter is your responsibility.
- The surface of the case is not scratched or damaged including but not limited to damage from dropping, impacts, accidents, spills, liquid damage etc. The Rubber provided for the Impact Series Phone case should not be damaged, missing and/or torn.
Return Validity |
Up to 14 days from the date you received your chair. The delivery date will be based on our tracking records. |
Return Packaging |

Common Pre-Shipping Notes
These notes are applicable to all of our products.
- As mentioned, products must be returned in their original packaging. You’re responsible for packing the products properly and ensuring their safe shipping back to our warehouse.
- Any damage to the products caused by you or by the shipping company you use during its transit is not our responsibility and we reserve the right to either return the product to you or deduct fees for the damage and issue a partial refund, at our sole discretion. The fees deducted for damaged returned products are based on the extent of the damage that was done and which will be determined by an internal evaluation on our receipt of the products.
- We are not responsible for any returns that suffer a mishap, get damaged, rejected or are lost because you did not follow our product return instructions.
- For additional safety during the return process, we encourage you to obtain shipping insurance in order to cover any potential damage and/or loss of the product on shipping to us. Any insurance claim made to the shipping carrier is your responsibility.
- After shipping of the product, you are responsible to provide us with the Tracking ID within 7 business days of shipping.
Please note that all the return and refund decisions taken by Cybeart are FINAL and no appeals can be made therefrom. All the decisions are made after extensive evaluation and consideration of all of the relevant factors of the specific return situation.
